Does The Center Panel Of Your Bra Rest Against Your Rib Cage?

If the answer is NO …… this means that you are wearing a bra that the cups are too small.

The front center part of your bra, (the part  that is in the middle and separates the cups), should lay flat against rib cage.  This part is called the sternum.  If the center panel is protruding forward and laying on top of your breast, you need to go up a cup size and sometimes you need to go up 2 cup sizes.


  1.  If you are now wearing a 38C, try a 38D.
  2. If you are wearing a 34D, try a 34DD.
  3. If you are wearing a 42DD, try a 42DDD.
